Medflow Scale has not yet publicly launched. At this stage, the only personal data we collect is what you voluntarily give us — for example, your name, email address, company, and message when you apply as a design partner or contact us by email — plus limited, consent-based analytics about how this website is used (see Cookies & analytics).
We use your enquiry details solely to respond and to tell you about Medflow Scale; our legal basis is your consent (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)). Website analytics run only where you have consented via the cookie banner.
We keep your details for 24 months from your last contact, unless you ask us to delete them sooner.
We use a small number of processors acting on our instructions: our business email and hosting providers, our form provider (Tally), our email/newsletter provider (Brevo), our CDN and hosting (Cloudflare), and our product-analytics provider (PostHog, EU region). We do not sell your data, and we do not share it for advertising.
This website uses privacy-respecting product analytics (PostHog, hosted in the EU) to understand usage. Analytics cookies/identifiers are set only after you consent via our cookie banner; you can decline or withdraw at any time. We do not use advertising cookies.
Under the GDPR you have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, or port your data, and to withdraw consent at any time. To do so, email ms@medflowsoft.com; we action requests within 30 days. You may also complain to the Danish Data Protection Agency (Datatilsynet).
